Sometimes it does feel like we can't keep up with the sliced cheddar demand around here. There's just so much good you can do with sliced cheddar!

You should update your blog more often because there are people in the world who are unemployed, and need as much entertainment as they can get. Though, come to think of it, having the Playboy channel 24 hours a day now, with our new Direct TV, fills in alot of those hours. But then I start to worry that I will become bored with the female body, and when it comes time for me to "perform" that I'll be disinterested, and therefore unable. So please update more often..my sex life depends on it.

The beard is growing in nicely, if I do say so myself. I haven't done anything to it yet and I look like that 600 lb gorilla. Who knew I could be so fuzzy!

In these days of communicable diseases, there is only one way for a reader to post a truth, and that is through commenting. I can understand your confusion. It's not the way it used to be. It's not the way anyone else does it. Perhaps some day I will bend to the pressure and redesign in a more standard way, but for now you'll have to put up with the confusion.

for some reason i think that jewish tradition dictates that you ask a few times whether anyone has lost it before it is ok to keep it, so looks like your conclusion was about right for sticking with the ethics of the tribe. the other alternative is to put up a sign saying that if anyone has lost something recently in the parking lot they should contact you, without saying that it was money.

as for spending it, my vote is for the nice dinner.

You found your way into some incomprehensible joe-speak there for a second. But I get it, now. I think it was the inclusion of "money" in your metaphor that really threw me off the carousel.

It means: "Do what you want, and take responsibility." That's all, really. The carousel bit was just for flair and color.

What does that mean?

The world is a carousel, and it's money that makes it go 'round. But it should be up to each of us, individually, whether we want to get off or not.
